1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the LazyPass mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Nature of the Service
LazyPass is an on-demand fitness access platform. LazyPass partners with independent third-party gyms, fitness centers, and sports clubs to offer single-day access passes ("Day Passes"). LazyPass does not own or operate physical gym facilities. Each gym maintains its own rules, equipment, and facility policies.
3. Day Pass Booking & Redemption
- Single-Day Validity: A Day Pass is strictly valid for single-day entry on the designated booking date during the partner gym's operational hours.
- QR Code Check-In: Upon arrival at the partner gym, you must present your active dynamic QR pass in the LazyPass app to the gym staff for verification and check-in.
- Non-Transferability: Day Passes are personal to the account holder and may not be resold, shared, or transferred to third parties.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation Window: You may cancel any booked Day Pass for free up until 8:00 PM on the evening prior to the scheduled booking date.
Instant 100% Refund: Upon qualifying cancellation, 100% of the pass value is instantly credited back to your LazyPass wallet balance, available for immediate future bookings without deductions.
Same-Day Cancellations: Because partner gym capacity is reserved specifically for you, passes cannot be cancelled or refunded on the day of the scheduled visit or after check-in has been completed.
5. User Conduct & Gym Rules
While on the premises of any LazyPass partner facility, you agree to:
- Adhere to the partner facility's dress code, conduct guidelines, safety rules, and hygienic requirements (e.g. proper athletic footwear and towels).
- Treat fitness equipment, staff members, and fellow gym members with dignity and respect.
- LazyPass and its partner facilities reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate day pass access without refund for aggressive, unsafe, or disruptive conduct.
6. Physical Fitness & Assumption of Risk
Physical exercise and the use of gym machinery carry inherent risks of physical injury. You represent that you are physically fit and capable of engaging in athletic activities. LazyPass is not responsible for physical injuries, health conditions, or lost personal property sustained at partner fitness facilities.
7. Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time through the in-app "Delete Account" button or by contacting support. LazyPass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
